Please bring along to the appointment:

• Results and documents of previous examinations
• The completed medical checklist we have sent you
• If you are resident in Belgium: social security documents
• If you are resident in Luxemburg: E 112 form
• For other countries we do not have specific arrangements with the social insurance systems

Cost arrangement

• Most costs are covered by the Belgian social security.
• For Luxemburg inhabitants with an accepted E112 document a direct arrangement with their social security system will be made for most of the costs.
• For patients from other European and non European countries a detailed cost proposal will be provided after the first consultation.
